Category Pages Will Not Cache

Even after enabling prebuild archives, the category pages on my site will not prebuild. I reset the warm up table, and also tried to remove all exclusions. No luck. When I removed all exclusions, the page count did go up as expected, but pages like https://www.charlottestaging2.com/product-category/fabric/ will not queue to be cached.
