• This plugin instantly broke my emails. As soon as the plugin is activated, it forces all email to go through SendGrid, even if you haven’t entered an API key yet, which means that it breaks your email as soon as it is activated for the first time. This is a really dumb oversight.

I use SendGrid as an email campaign manager but I send the rest of the site’s emails using the gmail API, so all I wanted to use the plugin for is the subscription widget.

The really simple fix is to only enable sending email through sendgrid once an API key has been entered.

What gives? Your web app is super slick but this wordpress plugin is garbage and has left me with a bad taste in my mouth and a few minutes worth of emails that I have to manually re-send.
