    I noticed this on a few sites I do not manage:

    cheap bactrim online →

    Is this a new hack or an old one?

    The Page you shared seems compromised since the spammy text content, about selling some drugs, is way different from the context of the original site.

    I also see that the link you shared occasionally redirects to medspp.com ( a different website with the option to purchase drugs)

    It will be difficult for us as non site owners to guess what is the nature of the compromise on that site.

    Use this plugin to scan your site: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordfence/

    Carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

    If you’re unable to clean your site(s) successfully, there are reputable organizations that can clean your sites for you. Off hand, couple of names that come to mind are Sucuri and Wordfence.
