Enabling non-admin users to clear cache manually

Hi there,

I’m working on this pretty simple question – how to allow an editor to clear the cache manually. I can not believe to be the first to try this but I didn’t find any hints (or my google skills suck ;-).

I digged through the plugin’s code and found that the filter
‘user_can_clear_cache’ seems to be tied to the capability ‘manage_options’ – which only Admin users have.

How would I give other users the capability of clearing the cache by clicking “Clear Cache” in the admin bar?

Any push in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!
