Shortcode not working

Hello,

I would like to use this plugin, which works with shortcodes : https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-content-by-country/

No problem when inserting inside a text, but when inserting inside a WPBakery element (a button, in instance : https://zigzagbe.tinytake.com/sf/Mjg0NjY4OV84NTQ0NTU1), there is no display of the shortcode results, but only the shortcode itself.

Would anyone let me know why I have not the result ? (and maybe how to fix 🙂 )
