GDPR Plugin recomandation for WC registering forms

Hello boys and girls, i write to you today because i’m in need of help.
So the situations is like this: i currrently have an offline website(we want to launch it soon), wp+wc.

The last step, or so i think, is fixing the gdpr stuff. The agency that is “helping” us with the gdpr counseling is “forcing” us to have the next things(and please don’t get stuck on the forcing stuff, as long as the owner of the business is not bothered by this, i’m also not).

– for cookie consent we have to use cookiebot – ok no problem, we will pay for it.
– for the consent to for other stuff – such as newsletter, sms promotions, ggl adwords, direct marketing and other things like that we need to have some checkboxes that will store, either in a dashbord, either will send an email to the administrator and the client of what checkboxes are checked and not.
i think it can also be on the checkout page, but it’s a must have that we have stored the info about what the client opted for.

I’m not looking necessarily for a free plugin, it can be something premium – paid, as long as is not as expensive as a develepor to do some php – db stuff.
