    I installed RM Premium 4.0.1 on my WordPress site and when I try to create a “Product”, I get an error message that says Error thrown – Call to undefined method RM_Login_Service::add()

    Does anybody know what this means?

    I used an earlier version of RM Premium and did not have this problem.

    I sent a support request to RM and am waiting for a response. Hoping someone in the Forum know what this is and how to fix it.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
