Yes you are login through your Web server and both of you and web server has different location. That’s why Instagram asking.
Normally within few tries, Instagram accepts your new location. Or within next day. But if still not accepting, you have the option of proxy. Choose any proxy according your region you normally login from.

seems to finally have resolved itself, thank you – but I do have a question:
I have ifttt set up to tweet my instagram post to twitter at same time, but with posting from woo to instagram it doesn’t send to twitter – any way to have all done at once or no not really

That will do the same at once you post/update.

and does it take time to activate and become active….I can see the checkmark on my product for “tweet button” but it will not tweet it out – is there some sort of wait time or something – please advise, would love for this to work seamlessly
Instagramm is great now thanks, but issues now with other, sorry I am not so tech savvy but trying hard here 🙂
is it possible it is interfering with my other plug in where I post to fb from on my product pages? As cannot post to my pages now 🙁 maybe not so great afterall

Post to Instagram every time on post update? If selected, only new posts will be posted to Instagram.
Turn off this option and edit posts freely. It would not go to Instagram. Only NEW( new post or a post which is not sent to Instagram before by this plugin will be treated as new) posts will go to Instagram.
If you don’t want a specific post to Instagram (new or old) you can un check the option near publish/updated button area.

I do NOT have post to instagram on every time for post update…the only settings I have on are
1. email error notifications (green which I assume is on)
2. show post link
3. Products under post types for instagram
whenever I list a new ecommerce product it posts it to instagram each and every time.
wondering how to stop this
I know when I edit to turn it off uncheck near the publish area, but when I post new products it posts it automatically 🙁

yes because you have un check this option. If you want to post on every update, turn it to green (first option)

I think you are missing pressing “SAVE” button after turning off near publish/update area. Save button is there. After pressing save, it will not post to Instagram.
Let us know after doing this.
