Hi, I have tried to share links from my website using Google+ but instead of showing an excerpt of the posts as when we share in Facebook, it only show the link to be shared and the author name.

May I know if it has something to do with setting I made in the plugin?

Hi there,

It’s related to Google+/Schema.org tags. You can install our another plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/heateor-open-graph-meta-tags to take care of this.

Hey, thanks a lot for the prompt reply. It was working fine before I updated the plugin a few version back.

If you install the proper meta tags, you would get it fixed. You can check the changelog of plugin. There wasn’t any relevant change in the previous releases.
