Duplicate featured image in single page templates

    I followed the video by Elementor on “How to Create a Single Page Template” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5LWrOIAGOsc. But every time I add a featured image to a page in the WordPress editor, so that each page has a different header image, I keep getting a duplicate image on the page.

    I drag in the Featured Image element on top to create a featured image.

    I used Astra Charity theme, then I switched to Generate Press, but I still get a duplicate image on the pages.

    Please advise on how I can properly set a featured image on a page so that each single page has a different image in the header.
