    I’ve configured the File Integrity Checks & Warning to run daily. No signs of it in the logs or anywhere else. When I click on Scan Now, the button becomes unavailable for a couple of seconds – and then simply resets itself. No “scan complete” and no “fatal error”, just nothing.

    Does this even work? And if yes/no, how would I ever find out?

    Hello @yosmc,

    Thank you for using our plugin.

    The file integrity scanner works 🙂 In fact when you click the scan button if it resets itself then all is good. However I do agree that we could give some user feedback.

    So we will introduce some events in the next version to advise the user when the file scan started and when it finishes. We will also add some logs to the debug logs.

    In the meantime, if you would like to test it out simply make a change in a file and run a scan. For example change a comment in an index.php file.
