Translate HOME in breadcrumb?

    Hy there,

    if you go here: http://dev4.fer-beta.com/aktualno/ you will see this:
    Home > Aktualno
    and above that BLOG as name…

    I want to translate this “home” and “blog” for each langauge as different, how to do this please? My theme is “God Grace”, I tried as well to install loco translate, but without success, it just do not find it in the string translations.
