Cannot click purchased report

    Hello, everybody.
    If I buy a report and click on “View Your Report” in the order confirmation, nothing happens. I tried to determine this with the debugger: no errors. – I suspected then that maybe gzip prevented the base64_decode, but that doesn’t seem to be the case either. Also limited javascripts, turned off caches and tried a few things.
    It behaves like a click on “#”

    I would be very grateful for an idea or help,
