Members not able to access content

    Please can you help urgently if I send you wp access?
    For some reason my members can no longer gain access to the website.
    This website has been running for some time without problem.
    I tried the new version of Ultimate member yesterday when the problem arose but it didn’t help so I reverted back to the old version that has worked for the past two years!
    Could someone help please?

    I have tried the conflict tests and de activated all plugins and tried a different theme but nothing is working.

    Hi @edgehouse,

    Please let us know what version of the Ultimate member you have currently installed on your site?
    I suggest installing the latest 2.0.22 version of the plugin.
    If you had pre 2.0 version, don’t forget to run the database upgrade under the Ultimate member tab.
