UM Role Disappear in user-edit.php

    Hi guys! I’ve an issue! the users registered from May 9th to today (50 users) do not have the role field of ultimate member in the user-edit.php page

    if I add a user from the backend the problem does not occur

    what happened? There is a solution? Can I apply a solution to existing users?

    Hi @andrewfoley,

    Firstly, please check what default user role is assigned upon registration in Ultimate member -> Settings -> Appearance -> Registration form and “Registration Default Role”, make sure it’s not empty and have valid user role.

    Secondly, go to the Ultimate member -> User roles and check that you have user roles there. You can also assign user roles manually to the users with missing user roles.

    Do you have any other membership plugins installed or plugins that allow editing roles?
