    I’ve created 2 test tickets the first with charge zero the second with charge £0.01. The firt appears to work all the way through and the customers can download the ticket.
    The 2nd is directed to PayPal for payment, payment is taken from buyer’s account and paid into the ticket seller’s account.
    On clicking return to merchant the message “The order was cancelled” is displayed.
    Where do I do from here?

    Hi John, We provide you a response yesterday via info@quadshot.com. We also included a video of our findings and showing that Opentickets was working as it should. I will be closing out this ticket however please feel to respond back to our email. Thank you.
