Cannot find .htaccess in wp admin files

    Hello, I have WordPress hosted on a cPanel site with Fantastico. I cannot for the life of me locate the darn .htaccess file! I have looked EVERYWHERE! Can someone help?

    I was able to access it via the cPanel file manager – YES !!
