Hi Marcos,
The update issue you’re related to users having a really old version of PHP and is resolved by the user updating PHP. As your issue isn’t resolved by that issue it’s quite likely your issue is unrelated.
As such, we should start general debugging to rule out any other plugins causing issues. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
I have disabled all plugins except the page builder and it still does not work. I have also tried to change to a predetermined theme and it has not worked either.
Thaks
I have already solved. I had to install SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle.

Hi Marcos,
Great to hear that this issue is no longer occurring for you. Can you please elaborate on the issue you were facing? I ask as SiteOrigin Page Builder is designed to work without the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle so you shouldn’t have had to install SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle to be able to use SiteOrigin Page Builder.
