Domain Name vs. Installation Location

Hello. I am having a fun problem that, for one reason or another, i cannot clearly see the best solution:

I have a hosting account on GoDaddy with the primary domain as “jamecono.com”. I installed WP in a folder called “makeboulder”. So far so good. My problem is that the primary domain “jamecono” appears in the url when navigating the site: the home page url is thus “http://www.jamecono.com/makeboulder/”. I want to make the url read “http://www.makeboulder.com” or “http:”www/makeboulder.com” which I own and are pointed at this directory (jamecono.com/makeboulder/).

Is this a forwarding / masking issue at GoDaddy or is it a WP fix? Please help!
