Hi
Please help to solve the problem.
I use Vantage + WooCommerce: 3.4.4

When the order is completed, a letter “Leave a Reply” is sent to the customer: Please, leave a reply on…

I need to translate the text of the letter into Russian.
Where can I customize its appearance and functionality?

At Settings > General, is your WordPress language set to Russian?

Oh sure. in the settings: the language of the site is Russian.

this is a very useful option. customers began to write reviews.
but the letter is very poor and in English 🙁
I want to make it more beautiful and understandable.

Thanks for the update. That’s strange, I would have thought this string would be automatically translated.

Sorry, I’m not quite following, can you try again to explain what you’d like to do? Add the site’s logo to the letter, I’m not quite sure what this means.

letters for buyers from WooCommerce look like this:

there is a picture from the site, the name of the site, different colors. fun and beautiful.

When does this occur? https://www.dropbox.com/s/bhdq6k8vmttnv6b/2018-08-06_130034.jpg?dl=0. When posting a comment? WordPress is handling that, not Vantage. Are you asking how to style WordPress notification emails? If so, a plugin would be required. I don’t know of a good one, unfortunately.

Here is a test I just did using Vantage, this is how the WooCommerce order confirmation email looks using Vantage and WooCommerce: https://imgur.com/a/HCD93VD.

If your site is sending an email that says “Leave a reply” when placing an order in WooCommerce then something isn’t right. Try testing with only Vantage and WooCommerce, deactivate all other plugins at once. Test an order, does the email “Leave a Reply” still send? It think a plugin is sending this email, I just don’t know which one.
