Everything vanished

HELP!!!
i have done a plug in for a portfolio
It was looking great i had loads of portfolio entries
i got rid of a page by accident
i got the page back but none of my portfolio entries have come back
however when i look in the portfolio folder they are still there just not showing cup on my website.
I’ve tried rewriting one and putting it on there but that hasn’t worked either
i don’t know what I’ve done
