    Hi,
    since the last update and switching “Optimize Automatically” ON I keep getting this error message. It does not appear when automatic optimization is switched off.

    The message says
    “Failed to parse data from LiteSpeed IAPI server: Array”
    It appears on top of every WP backend screen, where all plugin messages appear. Sorry I don’t know how to upload a screenshot in this forum.
    Image optimization seems to work despite the message.

    Hi,

    You can upload images to a image-host site , like imgur and then place URL here.

    What happens if you disable auto-opt, and manually try send optimization , does that happens ?

    also do you have object cache enable? if so , please try disable object cache.

    and please enable advanced debug log

    Manual optimization works.
    Automatic optimization also works, but I still get the error message.
    Object cache is OFF.
    I have just activated the advances debug log.

    Can you try latest commit on github? That is to say, install this version and see if the error still come: https://github.com/litespeedtech/lscache_wp/archive/master.zip

    Installation didn’t work:

    “Installing Plugin from uploaded file: lscache_wp-master.zip
    Unpacking the package…

    The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

    Hi,

    You need to unzip it , and zip the “litespeed-cache” folder to a zip file , and then use that zip file to upload to install.

    Thanks. Installation worked now but I still get the same message.

    This is what I did:
    De-activated the existing LSCache Plugin. Renamed the plugin folder via ftp.
    Installed and activated the new version, following your instructions. Had a short look at the setting – they seem to be the same as before.

    I also installed the plugin on my development site, with the same settings as on the live site. There I don’t get the message (but I don’t have enough images/ “credits” there so I’m not sure if auto optimization would be triggered).
