Listable Theme Mobile Menu Not Working

I am working on a website and the menu works fine until you go into mobile view. If you look at PolkElderCare.com from a mobile device, on the menu there is an icon on the left white space in the middle and the name of the section on the right. Most people click on the section name, which should work when clicked. This does not work, if you click on the white space or the icon it works but most users will click on the section name link that is on the right.
