    Hi @felixbaumgartner,

    So you’re seeing a saved tab in the product’s admin page but it doesn’t appear on the front end? Are you able to add normal custom tabs to the product? Do you have the description filled out? Do any of these tabs appear?

    The article you’re referencing is for our Pro version of the plugin; bulk editing is not supported in the free version.

    Also, your site is not available to non-logged-in users; I get this message when accessing it: Du bist leider nicht berechtigt, Entwürfe anzusehen.

    Let me know if you can add custom tabs to the product.

    I am facing of the product tab doesn’t appear at the front end.

    I’m not sure what you mean – did you add any Custom Product Tabs to products? If so, can you send us a URL to one of your products that has tabs assigned to it?

    Hi @yikesitskevin I´m having a problem with the custom tabs plugin. It was working well but not anymore. All the Tabs description are saved but when creating a new product it doesn´t show anymore

    Hi @hvergara1981,

    Do you mean that your tabs used to show up on a product’s page but now they aren’t? Do you mean that tabs aren’t showing up only for new products?

    There are a number of reasons why this could happen. The first thing to think about is what changes you’ve made. If your tabs used to show on your website and now they are not showing, what changed? Are you using a new theme? New plugins?

    Please give me more details.

    Thank you for the video! That was really informative and helpful.

    I installed the plugin that you mentioned but unfortunately it did not cause any conflicts for me; I was able to add a saved tab still.

    I think there must be some other conflict occurring. If you’d like us to investigate this further, could please email us at plugins [at] yikesinc [dot] com?
