Adding a tag to a static page

I have a number of posts in my blog that are identified by a tag, e.g., ‘Short Stories’. I also have a static page in my blog which should be tagged the same way so that a user doing a search on the tag would be able to pull up both the blog entries and the static pages.

Is there an easy way to add tags to static pages like this?
