Index sublinks

How would i create a index sublink for a wordpress blog for the sake of tracking landing pages?

Example

http://www.wordpress.com
http://www.wordpress.com/sublink (this link would link to the main index)

I understand how to do this using php but was wondering if there was a way to do this without editing the wordpress script. Thanks
