First of all, there’s a problem with your certificate: It has expired. I suggest you to fix that.
I tried to access the website with Safari, no problem so far. Just the certificate issue.
Hi, thanks for your reply and help. Can you please tell me how can I fix the certificate issue? I can’t log in to my admin account at all right now.

Use another web browser.

If you did not set up the certificate, I suggest you to contact your hosting tech support.
Its odd, LetsEncrypt usually issue new certificates automatically when they expire. Something for your web host to fix.
Yes, but you must set it up first. If you install the certificates manually, it won’t automatically update.
@mmomani You will then need to ask your web host or whoever set up the SSL cert for you to update it. To stop this happening again you may need to look at a process to do this every 60 to 90 days due to the lifecycle of LetsEncrypt certs
See https://letsencrypt.org/2015/11/09/why-90-days.html
Hello Guys, thank you all for your help and valuable guidance. Actually the problem was solved after I contacted the web host i.e. SiteGround; it looks like that the ssl certificate was expired, and the SiteGround customer service was very helpful and replied instantly via the chat service whom immediately applied the changes to the certificate.
Still, I don’t understand why the ssl certificate has expired after only 4 months since launching the website?
