Advanced Download Manager

I’ve been playing around with the Download Manager and Download Monitor plugins, but neither seems to be quite what I’m looking for. I need a way to display a large number of downloads in a directory type format i.e. Category1/Subcategory1/Download1 Category1/Subcategory2/Download1 etc…
