[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Form displays blank page on submit

Hi,

I’m using Contact Form 7 on a site, and I have 2 forms working fine.

The problem is that third one is showing me a blank page when I submit it (the email works, it’s just the confirmation that isn’t working). I’m not really sure what the problem may be. I created a fourth form and it’s fine too.

The difference form this form to the others is that is quite long, with lots of radio buttons and selects, and also a Terms confirmation field.

What could be my problem? Any help will be much appreciated!
