    You would be able to see pending status in front of Basic permission, in Permissions section for that app. You have to wait till the status changes to Approved.

    The error message seems related to the redirect uri you have saved in the Instagram client settings. But according to the screenshot you have shared, the url saved is fine. If you think problem is related to the approval of permission you can wait.
