Fusion theme: upload images

    I am using the Fusion theme on politiekgedoe.be
    I would like to upload images, but they never appear. Is there a bug in that theme or something ?

    Also, I’d like to have the menu items on the right also have a greyer background, like on devastatingpolitics.com How can I resolve that ?
