Is it possible to add custom meta boxes under Search Appearance > Archives > Special Pages?

I have custom post type under which I have some custom sub pages. These are not wordpress pages. These are created dynamically using url rewrite rules. I need the meta boxes for those sub pages.

The Yoast SEO meta box and its content analysis is only available for WordPress.
