Google Search appearance structured data error

Hi there,
I’m having issues with missing required hCard “author” or similar hEntry / microformat error in Google’s structured data testing tool… only on my single product page on my woocommerce site. No other pages have this issue. I’ve seen the Yoast article on how to fix, however the lines of code that they suggest to edit are not in the Primer/Stout theme single.php files. If someone can assist with this it would be most appreciated as I’m just starting an ecommerce store and SEO is very important.
