Upgrade to new version

    Dear all, we created our website in WordPress Site Origin North theme and now there is an update available.

    The update page reads that all customization to theme will be lost, we would like to know if this means that all our content will be lost after upgrade.

    This may be a very basic query but your advise will be very helpful to us.

    The change its referring to are any changes made directory to the theme files. Such as the templates, scripts or stylesheets. If you haven’t made any changes to these files then you won’t lost anything. You definitely won’t lose any content that’s in the database.

    The most common reasons people modify their themes is to add functions to functions.php or to add styles to style.css. If you have made either of those changes you will lose them.
