Custom admin for authors

    I would like to create an admin page that matches my external pages instyle, and also that has limited functionality. I’ve seen a couple plug-ins that let me customize my own dashboard, but not for a different role, and none (so far) that let me edit the way it looks. Any suggestions?

    Role manager should do most of what you want.

    Yes, role manager and ‘hide dashboard’ have allowed me to limit access. Thanks for that.

    But I want to actually style the dashboard, or more create my own with just post and manage posts for authors. Any ideas?
