Nine months ago I gave these guys a long, detailed 5 star review for their excellent plugin and outstanding support. Since then, they have grown to over 30,000 installations. Unfortunately, the Wishlist icon disappeared, so I tried to contact them to get it fixed. They obviously cannot keep up with their support calls anymore, as I’ve had to chase them for help. Despite receiving 3 or 4 different promises that they’d fix it right away, I finally stopped chasing them after 4 days. This is not acceptable. I cannot launch our website with any plugin where I cannot rely on them to provide support in a timely manner. Furthermore, I cannot use a plugin that will cause us to lose sales and/or customers because it stopped working and we cannot get it fixed. I was a huge fan of these guys and their plugin and wish them the best of success in the future. But unfortunately, we’ve had to forever remove it from our site. Then I won’t be nervous that in 6 months, it will break again and I will have to wait 5 or 10 days to get it fixed, while we’re losing sales and customers.
