Social Media Metadata Not Working

    So Yoast SEO plugin has an option on a WordPress Post page near the bottom to configure the metadata title and description that will be used and seen from Facebook and Twitter.

    However, according to the Facebook Debug tool, this doesn’t actually seem to be working. Instead of showing the metadata that I have configured in the social media section, it’s actually showing the first portion of my paragraph instead.

    As you’ll see in the source code there are two instances of meta property=”og:description” content=” and it looks like Facebook is using the second one.
