Livemesh Stats Bars do not work

    Hi there,

    I have used the stats bars in my device ranking pages for some weeks now.
    Unfortunatelly the last update seems to have rendered them useless because instead of the colored bars (these just stay blank) I now get the percentage in written out numbers alongside the stats title (not terrible but not very attractive either).

    I have unsuccessfully tried Chrome, Firefox and even Edge.

    As I am about to launch shortly, I would appreciate a swift reply.

    This is because the theme sydney you have on your site employs a very old version of the waypoints script 2.0.4 while we upgraded to 4.0.x version of the same script. These two versions are incompatible with each other and hence broke the stats bars. You can either request the theme author to upgrade the script or downgrade our widgets plugin to a lower version.

    We have encountered this issue with a few themes and plugins and hence planning to mask the waypoints script in upcoming update so that it is not affected by theme or other plugins waypoint version. Pls use older version until we do this. Thanks

    Hi Livemesh Team,

    thank you for your incredibly quick reply!

    Unfortunatelly all former versions lower than 1.7.4 (I used the “WP Rollback” plugin for testing) now only seem to produce a white overlay that covers the whole page completely in desktop view and almost completely in mobile view… ;(

    Hi empowersource,

    I had a similar problem a few weeks back and just used an alternate stats widget that looked exactly the same. I don’t know what theme you are using, or the widgets available to you, but perhaps you could try and find a replacement until the issue is fixed as I did.

    Pls expect an update tomorrow to resolve this. Again, the issue occurs due to incompatible waypoints script loaded by the theme. The theme is using 2.0.2 version while we use 4.0.x version of the waypoints script.

    How long do you estimate for the update to be published?
