Okay. This has been resolved by changes permissions in public_html. But can you tell me that how is permissions in public_html automathatically changes? Can its because of any plugin ? or any other reason ? Request you please solve for me.

Hi @masurana, sorry for the trouble and glad to hear the issue was resolved! It is possible that the issue was caused by one of the plugins or theme installed on your site. I recommend reaching out to your hosting company and asking them to take a look at the Server Error Log – they should be able to figure out by looking at the logs what caused the error. You can take it from there once you know.

Get a fresh cup of coffee, take a deep breath and carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

If you’re unable to clean your site(s) successfully, there are reputable organizations that can clean your sites for you. Sucuri and Wordfence are a couple.

    Hi Steve ,
I am not a knowledgeable person in this field. However, I try to work myself by taking knowledge from intelligent people like you. So I sent a request to guide me to delete the infected file in such a way that could not harm my site.
    Thank you .
