Hi, I checked out your page and it seems ok: https://instituteod.com/webinars/?
This error can show due to not being properly authenticated, so I can suggest try re-authenticating, but as I said it looks to be ok… Thanks

Hi, it looks clearing the cache helped to remove the message. However this is not the first time that this happened, It has been happening for a month, sometimes I notice the issue and clear the cache before somebody else sees it and sometimes users see it and notify me. I would like to find a permanent solution.
For now, I’ll keep an eye to see if the warning message returns and post here again before I clear the cache so you can see the warning on the page.
Thank you,

Today 7/6/18 1:33 PM Ester Time, The following message was displaying instead of the list of webinars:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/instituteod/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-gotowebinar/wp-gotowebinar.php on line 129
Something’s not working. It looks like the API call to GoToWebinar isn’t succeeding. This may be because you are on a trial account. Unfortunately API calls can’t be made to GoToWebinar accounts on a trial. If you do have a full GoToWebinar licence please try re-authenticating the plugin again by pressing the ‘Click here to get Auth and Key’ button in the plugin settings. You should also clear the cache or turn the cache off in the plugin settings and this should resolve the issue.
Note: clearing the cache did not work as the plugin said that I have done that in less than 24 hours, so I decided to Reconnect to gotowebinar and that solve the issue temporarily as I now the error will come back sooner or later.
I hope you can help me to figure this out and come up with a permanent solution. (If i have to pay I will pay, just need to fix it)
Thank you
Hi @billed,
If you upgrade to it has a more stable authentication as it uses a unique set of keys so you could try this out. Thanks

Hi,
What do you mean with the upgrade? Did you mean upgrade to pro version? or just update the plugin?
Thank you
I mean the pro version. Thanks,
Hi @billed,
I have now discovered that I think the issue was, which is our application was likely running into API limits. I have just released a new version of the plugin which enables you to create your own application with GoToWebinar to get around these rate limits. So please update the plugin, and follow the instructions mentioned at the top of the “General Options” tab. Once you have created your own application and authenticated you should find the error message you mentioned will disappear. Thanks,
No worries π feel free to leave a review if you are liking the plugin: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-gotowebinar/reviews/
