Archive Not Creating Proper Structure on localhost (Local by Flywheel)

Hi, I’m trying to migrate a LIVE site to localhost. My local environment is setup in Local by Flywheel. I create the container website, I empty the root directory of …/public/app and then drop my archive + installer in this empty “app” folder. I am able to get to last step of migration, at which point checking the site shows a “File Not Found” page and when I look at the files/folder structure I would expect to have been created by Duplicator, something seriously went wrong. There are no specific wp files/folders… well, there is only the wp-config file there that is WP specific.

Can you please assist?
