Stream loads to blank white screen

    Hello,

    We used Stream for many months successfully on our website, now when I click Stream it does not show me any info it just goes to a blank white screen.

    I’ve tried updating the plugin, which did not work. I also uninstalled it then activated it again. Can you help?

    We are using Google Chrome, and the site host is GoDaddy, if that offers any insight.

    Minimal tech language appreciated – my knowledge is v limited! Thanks.
