Creation for registration form in wordpress

    Hello,
    Is there any way to create registration to register users and also display those registered users in wordpress admin. I have my own site but i am stucked with this issue.

    admin – settings – general
    check “anyone can register”
    save

    when they register it automatically shows up in the admin
