I’ve got 7 forms on the site. I want to create a new one. I type a new form name, click “add,” the name I type disappears, but it doesn’t show up in the list
This with the most recent WordPress and all plugins off

    Hello @jonburr,

I’ve answered your ticked from my private support service, because the issue you are reporting should be caused by a conflict with other plugin or the theme active on your WordPress, and would be required additional details to identify the cause.

    Best regards.
