Thanks for the response. The tool isitdownrightnow is not reliable.
Please try to ping it using your computer ping to http://www.tanseitan.com.ar and you will see the response. How can we get a db error is the server is down?!

Ask you host to check to see if the MySQL server is up. If not, it’s something they need to fix. If it is, then you need to re-verify the DB_* settings in your site’s wp-config.php
