Thanks for posting!
It looks like you have the BB Lite plugin installed on your site. Are you saying you can’t see the Beaver Builder link at the top admin bar when viewing pages? Can you check under the Pages section on the dashboard and see if it’s there?

I only see Beaver Builder Booster. Is it the same as Beaver Builder lite? Thanks for your help. When I click the ‘customize your site’ option, I don’t see the edit button for the contents of the page. The edit button is available for the Hero, the Menu, side bar etc but not for the contents. I checked the pages section, I didn’t find the beaver.

Ah, that’s most likely the problem then, you don’t have the BB Lite plugin installed. The Beaver Builder Booster plugin is just an add-on to BB Lite. You’ll still need the BB Lite plugin installed for it to work. Try installing it and see if that takes care of it. 🙂

Below is the message I am getting when trying to install:
The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.
I cannot understand how an important plugin got deleted. I have not done anything of that sort. May be inadvertently it got deleted. But still the site should have safeguard to prevent inadvertent deletion.

Today when I tried to install it again, i got the following message:
“Destination folder already exists. /home/content/a2pewpnas01_data01/00/3960100/html/wp-content/plugins/beaver-builder-lite-version/
Plugin installation failed.”
Why I am not able to view it in my list of plugins?

It sounds like the plugin may not have installed completely so its directory is there, but it’s missing some files. Can you send us a note via the form below(General Inquiry) and we’ll take it from there? 🙂

I had replied that I am not able to create a temporary Admin user ID and password. I see only the following options in the User menu.

Export User Data

Sorry to be a pain but we still haven’t received any reply from your email. Since that’s not working, we might as well just continue with the process here.
The last issue you were having was that you can’t reinstall the Lite version since the folder already exists. The only way to fix that would be to delete the existing folder manually via FTP. You can also try getting in touch with your hosting, they should be able to delete the existing directory for you. 🙂
