• Hi everyone.

I’ve updated the plugin to the version 1.0.38 to fix the problem with the “application limit reached”. On a local version of our website it works perfectly. But when I tried it on the public version I get a new error when I put in my Page Access Token and click on “save”. The error is called “something went wrong (trying edit feed)”.

Maybe some ideas how I could fix it?

Thank you so much and best regards.

  • Hi, I had same problem.
    I solve it this steps.

    1. Facebook Feed WD -> Options, click “Uninstall” button.
    2. Check “Yes” and click “UNINSTALL” button.
    3. Plugin deactivate.
    4. Plugin Menu-> WD Facebook Feed activate.
    5. set options and feed setting, now save success!

maybe wd_fb_info table not upgraded when plugin upgrade from 1.0.37.
So table delete, and create new.

    Hi. Thanks for your comment.
I’ve tried your solution but now I’m going back to the roots: I can’t save the feed because of the error “Application limit reached”… :/
