Could you tell us where you’re getting that error from? Is it from the plugin, is it in the feed or from Google?
If it’s in the feed, could you show us a copy of the first line?

I see this, when I try to view the feed. Or to open the link with browser.
But over ftp I can open:

Could you try to open the feed with another browser?
And could you try to clear the cache of the browser by trying to refresh the xml page with SHFT-F5?

Hi Michel, unfortunetly I didn’t solve. Get “error on line 1 at column 57: Space required after the Public Identifier” when I try to open over http. Google Merchant Center give the message, no feed found (maybe because of the same problem to read the content). Did talk with my provider, because I was thinking about right issue – he told me, it will be a syntax error.
