icon in page tab

Right now, when someone visits my site, they see a little pencil and paper next to my site name. I’m using internet explorer with tab browsing.

I have seen other wordpress sites that have little logo’s in their tabs. For example http://www.omahahockey.net/. How do I go about putting a logo into my tab?
