• Dear support,

    I had changed the email address of the “sender email” field but my new email it’s not being accepted even after I save the changes.

    The idea is when someone send me a message, they get a confirmation email coming from the address I have chosen as you can see in the screenshot here below:

    But when the email arrives, it comes from another email address as you can see here:
    https://prnt.sc/jz3lye

    So, as you can see, the email change is not being accepted by the system.

    Can you please tell me how to solve this problem?
